Mate of mine has a rope access bizo. They install rope access systems on buildings... high rise obviously and those mounts pictured above look mighty similar and are all engineer rated stuff by law... they dangle off buildings with heaps of gear on them so one hopes they won't snap
Even the bolts ate rated and single use the head cracks off at correct torque...
Not cheap stuff but for one recovery point should be cheap enough?

this whole bar and hitch point are rated for recovery
