Any recommendations for a catch can? Does this void warranty?
Cheers

According to a post elsewhere. Yes
According to consumer protection laws, no.
Warranty can only be voided if a modification causes, or at least contributes to, a failure.
They can't refuse to honour warranty obligations just because the vehicle has been modified.

It's not a matter of belief, it's a matter of fact.
Modifications only effect warranty if they cause damage to an original part.

How long is your drain tube?Rain wrote:my drain tube fills all the way up to the catch-can every 3000kms.
ls2cruiser wrote:I just had a look at my pipe and tap at the end of pipe and I cannot see any oil in the tube. I would have done 500kms since fitting. It is a bit strange how some have oil and some dont. Are we all fitting it correctly?
I fitted a Provent 200 to my MQ on the weekend. I was talking to the in-laws last night and he said he hasn't seen any oil on his older D4D Hilux with the provent after 5000km. Seems a bit odd?ls2cruiser wrote:It is a bit strange how some have oil and some dont. Are we all fitting it correctly?
